BenchMark of Torrington, P.C. is a multi-disciplinary firm offering professional, technical, and managerial expertise in Civil Engineering, Planning and Surveying. Located in Torrington, Wyoming, the firm has served both private clients and governmental agencies in Wyoming under the current leadership since 1980. While BenchMark works mainly in Goshen County, the office also provides many engineering and surveying services in Niobrara County.

BenchMark serves as the Goshen County Surveyor, and also fulfills the roles of small wastewater permitting and floodplain administration for Goshen County.

BenchMark of Torrington, P.C. is registered with the Secretary of State as a Wyoming Professional Corporation and is a small business concern under the Small Business Administration Guidelines. The Wyoming State Board of Registration authorizes the firm for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors to offer engineering and surveying services to the general public.
